I contacted ETECH M & they could see their mistake, they sent the correct part as ordered, collected the incorrect one & delivered the correct one, next day delivery. Amazing chair. Amazing customer service. So good I am going to purchase another one and sell my first powerchair (different make/company) and have 2 of these as they are lighter than my first chair, easier to maintain and afford parts/battries for as well as a better smoother ride. The reclining feature take a little getting use to but is amazing and eases lower back/ tailbone pain or is great for just a bit of rest during long trips. The quality is amazing. Takes drop curbs that I struggled with previously, like a dream. It is a little slower than my first chair which has a top speed of 6mph (voyagers top speed is 4mph and I get a max speed of 3.2 mph on the flat, and 2.6mph uphill but factor in terrain, my weight (currently 109kgs) and extra weight (ie medical products) and it's still a decent chair with ample weight capacity). Goes fast enough for me. Cambers are no problem in the voyager. Over all it's better than my first chair in many ways, if a little slower than I've previously experienced but I love it and the teal colour of the seat and I'm really looking forward to purchasing a second one as a backup/spare chair as the voyager is truly amazing, along with the exquisite customer service.

I cannot rate this chair or the service from eTech highly enough. From the first contact eTech staff were helpful and efficient. No hard sales pitch during the demonstration and very patient. I tried 4 chairs before deciding on this one which is the Automatic Folding wide seat Freedom Pro. I needed a delay on delivery as the colour I wanted was out of stock and was coming back into stock while I was on holiday. On the date I gave them for my return they posted out my chair and I received it next day. It was well packaged and after a few connections, for which I was glad my husband was there, it worked straight out of the box with a full battery. I have given it a good try for it's ability to go on various surfaces like loose gravel, grass, going up two slopes at Northumberlandia Sculpture Park and it worked like a dream. The only thing I haven't tried yet is hard sand. It's easy to control, I use the controller it comes with not the golf ball controller. The wheelchair can be pushed manually and we have used that option and it worked very well. The photo shows me at the top of the smallest hill at the Sculpture Park and I then successfully climbed up the middle size hill. Also I have had 3 mobility scooters in the past and eTech were the first company who told me that I needed to check bolts etc and provided the tools to do it. I bought their ramps and find them very easy to use as well. Thank you eTech for making a automatic folding power chair that is excellent value, for thinking of so much that makes the chair more comfortable, like being able to extend the footrest and for giving excellent service.

I have just experienced above and beyond customer service from Etech. A month ago I purchased their electric wheelchair for my wife. When it arrived I was very impressed by the sturdiness of the chair and its operational simplicity. It was ordered in advance of the delivery of a new motorhome and the intention was to carry it on a wind down carrier attached to the rear of the vehicle. When it arrived I discovered that the rack would have to be mounted high up and I would not be able to lift it that high. A couple of email exchanges with Shabz and it was arranged that the wheelchair could be returned, even though it was well out of the 14 day return policy, and a lightweight mobility scooter would be supplied in replacement. My visit there was a pleasant, smooth experience and I am extremely expressed with their empathy to the situation.

I organised a viewing of power chairs for my elderly parents. The sales advisor Kasim was wonderful, explained the ranged and how they worked and spent time getting to know my parents needs. At the end of the trial Kasim was honest and said that their products weren't right for the needs of my parents so could recommend them purchasing one. Ordered an electric wheelchair for my wife, ordered Wednesday evening and spoke to Sef at 10.30 next day to explain we wouldn’t be there on the following Tuesday to accept delivery because of appointments, he said no problem we’ll dispatch today, and true to his word it turned up on Friday with FEDEx delivery and the guy was great couldn’t have been more helpful. Unboxing no problem and getting it ready, only problem was syncing the remote, it Ewa a completely different one than in the handbook, so on to YouTube to find the same remote and all sorted. Wife hasn’t tried it yet but I did in the garden and it seems excellent machine nice tight turning circle in its own width “ish”, joystick is sensitive but she’ll get used to it. Overall experience is excellent. Did have to purchase a set of ramps from another company to help load into the car, I’m 72 and couldn’t risk injuring myself as I wouldn’t be any good to my wife.

Not had bike long but seems very good came almost assembled, just needs pedals putting on excellent delivery and the delivery driver was very polite and helpful a credit to your company. Well done everybody
