Wow what an amazing machine. the courier had it on a pallet truck and very nicely popped it through my gate. It arrived ahead of estimated delivery schedule. the chair i have tried and the joystick is more sensative than the manual said. it took me a while to learn to reverse and move i would say it should be the same as driving a car but for some reason i struggled. Thats not the chairs fault that was all user error and i accept the shame that comes with this review.
